BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Lei Li is an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rice University, where he leads a biomedical imaging and engineering laboratory where he combines sound, light, and advanced computational methods to enable visualization of brain function, advanced cancer diagnostics and therapeutics, and robotics for clinical applications. He is a leader in photoacoustic and ultrasonic technologies. As a key collaborator of the LENS Collaborative, he is working to developing novel photoacoustic technologies for improved diagnostics and therapeutics in brain tumor patients
